Seized thread-in seal..

First-off , not smart design to begin with..this one was Seized. Tried welded nut to turn but it wouldn't budge.i carefully cut it out leaving enough to work with


Then I set in on mill, center it based on bearing race.



Boring out steel seal housing by small increments.. Till they are thin enough to tap it out.




Its Finally out, threads are still good.. So much for change one seal,, might as well rebuild the whole thing?
